User Dictionary

Configure settings related to the user dictionary.

Phrase Dictionary

* It will only appear in environments where Japanese voice is installed.

• Set phrase dictionary usage status

  If checked, the phrase dictionary is used. If unchecked, it will not be used.
• Path to phrase dictionary

  The path to the phrase dictionary file to be used will be displayed.

  You can change the phrase dictionary file to be used by selecting the file in the file selection dialog that appears when you click the “Browse…” button, or by entering the path directly.
• New

  Create a new phrase dictionary file.
• Integration

  Integrate existing phrase dictionary files into the current phrase dictionary file.
  When you click the “Integration” button, a dialog box will appear to select the phrase dictionary file to be integrated.
  
  Select the dictionary file to be integrated and click the “Open” button to integrate the selected phrase dictionary entries into the current phrase dictionary.

  You can also specify on this screen which phrase should be given priority if there is a duplicate phrase in the two phrase dictionaries.
  • Prioritize destination

    The entry for the currently selected phrase dictionary file will remain.
  • Prioritize source

    The contents of the file you selected as the phrase dictionary file to be integrated will remain.

Word Dictionary

* It will only appear in environments where Japanese voice is installed.

• Set word dictionary usage status

  If checked, the word dictionary is used. If unchecked, it will not be used.
• Path to word dictionary

  The path to the word dictionary file to be used will be displayed.

Symbol Pause

• Set symbol pause dictionary usage status

  If checked, the symbol pause dictionary is used. If unchecked, it will not be used.
• Path to the symbol pause dictionary

  The path to the symbol pause dictionary file to be used will be displayed.

  You can change the symbol pause dictionary file to be used by selecting the file in the file selection dialog that appears when you click the “Browse…” button, or by entering the path directly.

  Create a new symbol pause dictionary file.
• Integration

  Integrate existing symbol pause dictionary files into the current symbol pause dictionary file.

  The operation is the same as for the phrase dictionary.

Word Dictionary (English)

* It will only appear in environments where English voice is installed.

• Set word dictionary (English) usage status

  If checked, the word dictionary (English) is used. If unchecked, it will not be used.
• Path to word dictionary (English)

  The path to the word dictionary (English) file to be used will be displayed.

  You can change the word dictionary (English) file to be used by selecting the file in the file selection dialog that appears when you click the “Browse…” button, or by entering the path directly.

  Integrate existing word dictionary (Chinese) files into the current word dictionary (Chinese) file.
